We absolutely loved our stay at Gregory's place! The apartment has stunning views of the ocean in multiple directions, and it was quiet and clean, with comfortable beds. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked, and had everything we needed for our meals in the home, and is just a few minutes away from the Zona Romantica for other restaurant options. We're also so grateful to Gregory and his team for thoughtful, speedy communication throughout our visit. Definitely recommend!

This was our second stay in Gregory's place and as with the first time, Gregory, his team, and the unit did not disappoint. It feels like our home away from home 🙂

Gregory’s place was beyond amazing! When we arrived he had a little cake and cookies with a cute sign welcoming us. Other than the most beautiful views, the place itself was very clean with cool A/C during this hot summer. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable and the condo was fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The area is very peaceful and quiet (if you’re looking to relax this is your place). I will definitely be back and will continue staying at Gregory’s marvelous condominium.

I was seeking peace and quiet and this place delivered. Hands down the most peaceful, beautiful place I’ve booked to date. Being surrounded by so much nature was incredibly healing and the neighbors are kind and wonderful. Gregory and Rodrigo were excellent hosts. Polite and prompt to respond. I’ll definitely be back.

This place was everything we hoped it would be and more! Tranquil and quiet surroundings but super close to downtown. The unit was very clean and the management team went above and beyond and the owner was always very responsive. We will definitely stay there again. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in Puerto Vallarta! The apartment has spectacular views of the bay, and the location is everything we wanted; calm and away from the tourist areas but easy to get there. It's an easy walk to the nearest beautiful beach in Conchas Chinas and very inexpensive uber rides to town ($4) for the evening. We can't wait to come back. Thanks Gregory and team for everything!

Greg’s home is a gem and one you definitely don’t want to miss. The views from the bedrooms & balcony are incredible. We were gifted with a whale and her calf playing in the ocean on our arrival (bring binoculars) & the balcony was the perfect place to sit & watch what seemed like our very own whale show, as we saw many sightings during our short stay. The beds are super comfortable & the kitchen is fully equipped. The area is quiet and peaceful and felt very safe. It is a steep walk up the hill, but taxis are plentiful. Blown away by this place. Incredible views from every room. Super clean. Had everything you need supply wise. The pool was almost always empty, neighbors are quiet. The neighborhood is beautiful. Host was quick to respond to any request or question we had. I can't think of bad thing to say about this place, it's perfect.

This condo has beautiful views of the ocean and jungle! Big bedrooms. Short walk to bus line. Close to town. Everyone was very nice but Belinda went over and above. When we left a phone in the cab, she drove us to the airport and helped us retrieve the phone. I’d stay here again!

Excellent place to revisit.

La vista desde el departamento es maravillosa. Hay una playa pequeña cruzando la carretera que queda caminando. El centro queda cerca y las playas de Tomatlán también. Es una ubicación perfecta. Rodrigo estuvo atento en cada momento a nuestra llegada. Todo corresponde a las fotos, TODO. El ambiente en el condominio es de tranquilidad, así que recomiendo no irá quedarse en plan de fiestas o reuniones.

Pictures don’t do the view justice - it is absolutely beautiful. The condo is very clean with an absolutely fully stocked kitchen, as well as any amenities you can think of. Rodrigo and Belinda, the property managers, we’re also extremely helpful. I’ll definitely look to book this place again next time I’m back in PV!

Absolutamente recomendable!!! Desde que llegas, la vista al mar desde el lobby es fascinante, la atención personalizada le da un toque genial, nuestros anfitriones fueron muy amables y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Gregory y su staff se han esmerado en tener todo lo necesario a nuestro alcance para poder disfrutar unas vacaciones sin problemas. En la cocina hay café, variedad de tés, agua para beber, etc. La limpieza estuvo impecable, y es muy fácil conseguir un Uber para llegar al centro que esta prácticamente a cinco minutos del condo. La alberca es perfecta, el lugar es muy tranquilo, perfecto para descansar y relajarse al 100%. Sin duda volveremos...

This condo is in an amazing location. On the south side of Puerto Vallarta, the condo looks out into the ocean. You are about 7 minute drive to Zona Romontica and downtown. The beach is a short walk from the condo (~10 min.). Greg was very helpful and easy to reach. He gave us great suggestions for places to eat and activities to do during our visit. The condo had everything thing you could think of from cookware, spices, laundry supplies, coffee, and if there wasn't something he was willing to get it for us. The location was peaceful and the other residents were amicable. My wife and I had an unforgettable time. We plan on returning again and would love to come back to the condo. Thank you for helping us have such a wonderful time! We have not stopped taking about the condo and PV since we left!!!

We’re were very happy to stay there. The view from apartment and all bedrooms was fantastic. Thank you very much. Apartment have everything even more than we aspect, was really comfortable staying there with our kid 6 years old. For sure we will back again. Only internet works very slow, but I guess is all areas en Puerto Vallarta. Thank u.

The apartment is super well maintained with everything you need. Also Rob and Belinda are there to help you with anything else you need. It is very easy to get around — if you want to get to hustle&bustle of the city, it is a 4-5 minute ride on Uber (45-50 pesos), or two bus stops (10 pesos), or literally a 25 minute walk.If you are looking for the beach you can either walk down 15 minutes and find a small beach (quite rocky), favored by locals, or get a ride / bus to Playa Los Muertos in downtown. Such a lovely spot to spend a few days out of the bustle of the romantic zone.Beach pub down the hill was a lovely spot to watch the sunset.Pool was very nice.The condo itself was extremely well appointed with most things you could think of and a few extra.Gregory was extremely accommodating and communicative.Thank you Gregory!

STAY HERE!!!Gregory's place has one of the most beautiful views I have ever seen! The kitchen was stocked with many essentials making cooking a breeze and Gregory (and the hosts, Rod and Belinda) made our stay very easy. We were in and out of Puerto Vallarta often and we didn't find traveling in and out of the main part of the city wasn't an issue at all (an Uber was between100 - 200 Pesos)

Gregs place was epic!! You have almost 180 degree views of the ocean. The birds mid day in the left window are a quite sight. Hear the ocean while you sleep. He also has a seltzer water machine and cold brew coffee pods. Communication was excellent. Everything in PV is a 40-110 peso ride away, or just 10 pesos for the bus. Stay at gregs place, you’ll feel like your in a movie! Just book it!

This is an fantastic Airbnb! If you're looking for a place with some of the best views of Puerto Vallarta, then this is NOT to be missed. Gregory & his property managers were very responsive & helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this Airbnb is HIGHLY recommended for those interested in one of the best values you'll find in PV!

Awesome views from every room. We extended our stay twice. We loved being able to see whales every day and all the iguanas at the tops of the trees next to.the building. The sunrise and sunset wasn't so bad either 🙂

Wow, what a place...I have been living/visiting Puerto Vallarta for almost two years (about 6 airbnbs) and no place comes remotely close when it comes to all-around quality. Conchas chinas is only about a 5-7 uber ride from zona romantica and the downtown malecón area so you have one foot in the action and the other in paradise. It was hard even leaving the spectacular views from every room to go out. Do yourself a favor and book with Gregory here in conchas chinas to have your Serene Beverly hills in PV experience while only being less than ten minutes away from anything you'd want to do. Disfrutas!
