Marisma Fish Taco is a taco stand recommended to us by some local friendly people and after trying the food, it became apparent to see why. We were told that Marisma Fish Taco is one of the few locally women-owned restaurants in Puerto Vallarta. The prices are extremely reasonable and the quality is stellar.
I tried a variety of food and almost everything was phenomenal. The only dish I found disappointing was the Ceviche Tostada and that’s because I learned after getting it that ceviche in Puerto Vallarta is dry which is different than the ceviche I’m used to that’s marinated in a lime/lemon base.
Fair warning – the tacos are larger than most standard street size tacos. I had expected smaller tacos and had ordered way too many for one person.
For vegetarians, they have a quesadilla that my wife really enjoyed.
