Tintoque seeks to be a cultural link that expresses the culinary journey of the passage of time in the bay, finding flavors and elements that mark each stage in the history of Puerto Vallarta.
Here we present a different proposal of creative cuisine based on the essence of regional recipes and ingredients, with the best product offered by the Mexican Pacific, materialized with the influence of the cuisines and trips that have marked the life of Vallartense Chef Joel Ornelas; who transmits an author’s kitchen that manages to be a true gastronomic experience for lovers of good food and all those who seek to refine their palate with unique experiences.

Summary
Tintoque ended up being a true gastronomical delight. I ended up trying the tasting menu while my wife tried an appetizer and entree as she’s a vegetarian.
The tasting menu definitely did not disappoint. Each item was well plated, and the sauces and flavors were exceptionally sumptuous. The tasting menu had delicious vegetarian options my wife was able to sample, including the 36 Hour Tomato, which is not to be missed.

Pros
- Great vegetarian options for picky vegetarians.
- Tasting menu was incredible.
Cons
- The vegetarian Panang curry ended up being nearly pure oil. They did give my wife a different dish of the quinoa salad goat cheese that she really enjoyed.
