We’re two adventurers who love to travel together. Puerto Vallarta has a special place in our hearts as it is a huge foundation to our store.

We’re excited to have you stay out our home away from home. We hope your stay will be relaxing experience and that you’ll enjoy the home, views, and city as much as we do.

Our First visit

Harsha and I first visited Puerto Vallarta in 2015 when we were looking for a location for our destination wedding. Suffice to say, we fell head over heels in love with the city. The people, the bay, the water, the views, and the beaches all captivated both our hearts and we knew exactly where we wanted to get married.

We got married on the beaches of the Hyatt Ziva, and had a wedding that people still talk to this day thanks to the amazing team at Mac Events and DJ Chris Love.

The pandemic shifted things unexpectedly and on our first opportunity to travel, we opted to return to Puerto Vallarta to enjoy some peace and relaxation. Despite the pandemic, Puerto Vallarta was still just as amazing as the first time we came. While here, we decided we were ready to make the leap to purchase a vacation home if the right opportunity came up. We walked around Puerto Vallarta and met a few realtors who brushed us off.

We were fortunate enough to meet David at The Agency Vallarta who took the time to research and show us different properties around Puerto Vallarta. We knew we wanted a property that had an amazing view of the water, and had a spare bedroom to allow friends and family to join us on our trips.

Of them all, Punta Esmeralda checked off all our boxes and we decided this was going to be our home away from home.

				The advertising does not do justice to the breathtaking views of the sunset. The balcony has a pair of lovely cushioned seats that are very comfortable, including the ottomans. We brought our dinners there every day just to watch the sunset. There is also a small table just perfect for food and drinks outside.Gregory is a superb host.

				Hard to say enough good things. Views are amazing. Pool is great. Balcony is great. Private parking. Host is responsive. Local property manager is responsive. Both had great suggestions. Would definitely stay here again. Other reviews were accurate.

				We enjoyed our stay at Gregory’s home. The views were amazing and we were lucky enough to see whales everyday from the balcony.  Gregory’s home had everything we needed for our stay and he communicated with us when needed. I would recommend staying here as a couple or solo traveler.

				What a beautiful condo! Book with confidence! Gregory and his team are excellent and will ensure your holiday/getaway is perfect! Clear instructions and communication the entire time. We received detailed information on how to access the unit as well as valuable information such as Grocery Stores, ATMS and how to best get around the city. The condo was clean and extremely well appointed. The view does NOT disappoint and offers spectacular sunset views. The pool area was lovely - again more amazing views and very clean and well maintained. The pool felt fresh but not freezing cold. A nice perk was that we thought the unit was on the 5th floor (It is!) but that is also the floor you ENTER on making it easy and very accessible to the parking lot to leave and bring in items. Very friendly homeowners in the condo went out of their way to welcome us and offer information, which was nice. The king sized beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms offered lovely views!

				We loved our stay in Gregory's place/The apartment itself is actually very spacious. The balcony has very comfortable patio furniture and we spent a lot of time there. The views of the place really are million dollar views. We even saw dolphins from the balcony. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we required to cook. The beds were comfortable with very nice linens. The place had a good supply of towels so we never ran out. The neighborhood is extremely safe and quiet. There is amazing vegetation around. The pictures of the pool don't actually do it justice.  It is a lot bigger then the pictures make it seem.  We went swimming almost every day in the pool and never saw anyone else there. The apartment is located up in the hills. If you have mobility issues you may find it difficult walking to the bottom. However, when we didn't want to do the walk down we just called an Uber(which worked great).  I would highly recommend staying at Gregory's place!

				We loved staying at Greg's place.  Fabulous views (whales!), space, a luxurious setting, privacy and quiet.  The building is set up in the heights of Conchas Chinas in a very walkable neighbourhood with stunning homes and views.  The hill is steep but a great workout. Greg was always available to reply and Rodrigo, the manager, was quickly available to deal with anything that came up.  Nothing major, a ceiling fan needed repair and he did it very quickly.  The suite is very well supplied,  literally every kitchen convenience we could need.  Water pressure is great throughout.  Big bottle jugs of drinking water are supplied.   Umbrella, towels, mats, snorkels for the beach, .    Smaller bedroom has shutter style doors so is not sound or light proof. Be aware if parties have different schedules/are light sleepers as this could be an issue. It helped to hang a large towel over the door before closing.  We loved having the pool to cool down after climbing the hill. LOVED IT!  Thank you.

				We absolutely loved our stay at Gregory's place! The apartment has stunning views of the ocean in multiple directions, and it was quiet and clean, with comfortable beds. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked, and had everything we needed for our meals in the home, and is just a few minutes away from the Zona Romantica for other restaurant options. We're also so grateful to Gregory and his team for thoughtful, speedy communication throughout our visit. Definitely recommend!

				Gregory’s place was beyond amazing! When we arrived he had a little cake and cookies with a cute sign welcoming us. Other than the most beautiful views, the place itself was very clean with cool A/C during this hot summer. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable and the condo was fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The area is very peaceful and quiet (if you’re looking to relax this is your place). I will definitely be back and will continue staying at Gregory’s marvelous condominium.

				Inmejorable vista, ubicación increible! Servicio y atención  de primera. Camas extragrandes y confortables, TODOS los servicios y TODOS de muy buena calidad, balcon, vistas de ventana de recamaras, banos, cocina, menaje, piscina, extraordinario, se ve el empeño  en hacer las cosas bien y como profesionales, Buenos equipos de refrigeración  y abanicos. Cerca, muy cerca, Oxxo, farmacia, playas muy bonitas. desde tu ventana o balcon podrás ver animales de la región como iguanas, etc. 5 Estrellas.

				I was seeking peace and quiet and this place delivered. Hands down the most peaceful, beautiful place I’ve booked to date. Being surrounded by so much nature was incredibly healing and the neighbors are kind and wonderful. Gregory and Rodrigo were excellent hosts. Polite and prompt to respond. I’ll definitely be back.

				This place was everything we hoped it would be and more! Tranquil and quiet surroundings but super close to downtown. The unit was very clean and the management team went above and beyond and the owner was always very responsive.  We will definitely stay there again. 				We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in Puerto Vallarta! The apartment has spectacular views of the bay, and the location is everything we wanted; calm and away from the tourist areas but easy to get there. It's an easy walk to the nearest beautiful beach in Conchas Chinas and very inexpensive uber rides to town ($4) for the evening. We can't wait to come back. Thanks Gregory and team for everything!

				The condo was exactly what we needed for our month long stay in paradise. A peaceful neighborhood in Conchas Chinas with friendly and welcoming condo owners. The hosts and their team truly went above and beyond to ensure a peaceful visit. I’ll share with you some of our favorite things about the condo. ❤️🌴🇲🇽- Bay view from the bedrooms - Sounds of the ocean - Heated pool with gazebo for shade and afternoon lunch- Elevator down to the pool- Screens on the windows - Jacuzzi bathtub with a view of Los Arcos- The condo unit is on the main level, no stairs up or down- Natural greenery outside the windows with beautiful iguanas, geckos and birds - Kitchen with everything we needed to cook- Daily walks in a quiet neighborhood - Close to everything and walking distance to everything Our favorite ❤️ restaurants…Bonito Kitchen & BarIL PESCE - Cucina di MareTre Piatti El Barracuda Don Chava Tacos

				Greg’s home is a gem and one you definitely don’t want to miss. The views from the bedrooms & balcony are incredible. We were gifted with a whale and her calf playing in the ocean on our arrival (bring binoculars) & the balcony was the perfect place to sit & watch what seemed like our very own whale show, as we saw many sightings during our short stay. The beds are super comfortable & the kitchen is fully equipped. The area is quiet and peaceful and felt very safe. It is a steep walk up the hill, but taxis are plentiful. We enjoyed walking around to see all the gorgeous architecture. Highly recommend La Playita restaurant at the bottom of the hill. Most importantly Greg, his wife and Rodrigo are incredible hosts, very responsive & want to ensure you have the best possible experience. Rodrigo is very friendly & knowledgeable & goes out of his way to ensure you have everything you need. We really appreciated knowing we could count on him! We look forward to returning in the future!

				Greg's place in Conchas Chinas is the perfect place to stay when visiting Puerto Vallarta. We wanted a place close to the beach, and the Romanica Zone, filled with activities, restaurants, and street food stands that will make your vacation filled with great activities while still being able to get away from the hustle and bustle.The condo is in a beautiful building that overlooks the ocean & provides pristine views and the BEST sunsets you could ask for. The pool is a beautiful place to cool off after a day of sightseeing or to get a break from being at the beach. The beach is a short walk downhill & less crowded than other areas' main beaches, which is excellent. Inside, the condo has many amenities to make you feel comfortable, with fantastic beds, a complete kitchen, and a great balcony to soak in the views. Greg is a great host, with clear and concise communication, and provides all the assistance you need to ensure your vacation is as perfect as possible. We will 100% be back

				Blown away by this place. Incredible views from every room. Super clean. Had everything you need supply wise. The pool was almost always empty, neighbors are quiet. The neighborhood is beautiful. Host was quick to respond to any request or question we had. I can't think of bad thing to say about this place, it's perfect.

				This condo has beautiful views of the ocean and jungle! Big bedrooms. Short walk to bus line. Close to town. Everyone was very nice but Belinda went over and above. When we left a phone in the cab, she drove us to the airport and helped us retrieve the phone.  I’d stay here again!

				La vista desde el departamento es maravillosa. Hay una playa pequeña cruzando la carretera que queda caminando. El centro queda cerca y las playas de Tomatlán también. Es una ubicación perfecta. Rodrigo estuvo atento en cada momento a nuestra llegada. Todo corresponde a las fotos, TODO. El ambiente en el condominio es de tranquilidad, así que recomiendo no irá quedarse en plan de fiestas o reuniones.

				Pictures don’t do the view justice - it is absolutely beautiful. The condo is very clean with an absolutely fully stocked kitchen, as well as any amenities you can think of. Rodrigo and Belinda, the property managers, we’re also extremely helpful. I’ll definitely look to book this place again next time I’m back in PV!

				Absolutamente recomendable!!!  Desde que llegas, la vista al mar desde el lobby es fascinante, la atención personalizada le da un toque genial, nuestros anfitriones fueron muy amables y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Gregory y su staff se han esmerado en tener todo lo necesario a nuestro alcance para poder disfrutar unas vacaciones sin problemas. En la cocina hay café, variedad de tés, agua para beber, etc. La limpieza estuvo impecable, y es muy fácil conseguir un Uber para llegar al centro que esta prácticamente a cinco minutos del condo. 				This condo is in an amazing location. On the south side of Puerto Vallarta, the condo looks out into the ocean. You are about 7 minute drive to Zona Romontica and downtown. The beach is a short walk from the condo (~10 min.). Greg was very helpful and easy to reach. He gave us great suggestions for places to eat and activities to do during our visit. The condo had everything thing you could think of from cookware, spices, laundry supplies, coffee, and if there wasn't something he was willing to get it for us. The location was peaceful and the other residents were amicable. My wife and I had an unforgettable time. We plan on returning again and would love to come back to the condo. Thank you for helping us have such a wonderful time! We have not stopped taking about the condo and PV since we left!!!

				This is a beautiful and VERY SPACIOUS apartment in wonderful Conchas Chinas neighborhood. The views are breathtaking, the apartment is in a quiet and safe area up on the hill. The apartment is super well maintained with everything you need. Also Rob and Belinda are there to help you with anything else you need. It is very easy to get around — if you want to get to hustle&bustle of the city, it is a 4-5 minute ride on Uber (45-50 pesos), or two bus stops (10 pesos), or literally a 25 minute walk.If you are looking for the beach you can either walk down 15 minutes and find a small beach (quite rocky), favored by locals, or get a ride / bus to Playa Los Muertos in downtown. Because the apartment is on the hill most likely you won’t need to use AC (which is there by the way), because you will feel light breeze from the mountains. I would be happy to come back.  This is a place where you will feel at home. Oh and did I say it is super clean? Like extremely!!! And with lots of thoughtful touches!!!!

				Such a lovely spot to spend a few days out of the bustle of the romantic zone.Beach pub down the hill was a lovely spot to watch the sunset.Pool was very nice.The condo itself was extremely well appointed with most things you could think of and a few extra.Gregory was extremely accommodating and communicative.Thank you Gregory!

				STAY HERE!!!Gregory's place has one of the most beautiful views I have ever seen! The kitchen was stocked with many essentials making cooking a breeze and Gregory (and the hosts, Rod and Belinda) made our stay very easy. We were in and out of Puerto Vallarta often and we didn't find traveling in and out of the main part of the city wasn't an issue at all (an Uber was between100 - 200 Pesos)

				Gregs place was epic!! You have almost 180 degree views of the ocean. The birds mid day in the left window are a quite sight. Hear the ocean while you sleep. He also has a seltzer water machine and cold brew coffee pods. Communication was excellent. Everything in PV is a 40-110 peso ride away, or just 10 pesos for the bus. Stay at gregs place, you’ll feel like your in a movie! Just book it!

				Wow, what a place...I have been living/visiting Puerto Vallarta for almost two years (about 6 airbnbs) and no place comes remotely close when it comes to all-around quality. Conchas chinas is only about a 5-7 uber ride from zona romantica and the downtown malecón area so you have one foot in the action and the other in paradise. It was hard even leaving the spectacular views from every room to go out. Do yourself a favor and book with Gregory here in conchas chinas to have your Serene Beverly hills in PV experience while only being less than ten minutes away from anything you'd want to do. Disfrutas!
