We tried Siam Cocina as our first attempt at trying Thai in Puerto Vallarta and were pleasantly surprised to find the food was delicious. Our experience with other restaurants that represent other countries’ cuisines is that they tend not to be stellar, usually because some ingredients are hard to procure. Siam impressed us all, including my vegetarian wife with flavorful dishes.
